Annual General Meeting 2025

The eleventh annual general meeting of Spire Healthcare Group plc will be held on Wednesday, 14 May 2025 at 3 Dorset Rise, London EC4Y 8EN. The resolutions to be proposed at the annual general meeting are set out in the Notice of Meeting and, as is best practice, all will be voted on by way of a poll as this ensures shareholders’ votes are counted according to the number of ordinary shares held.
